Shipping Policy

Kikiromano.co.uk is excited to provide free standard shipping for all orders exceeding £150. For orders under £150, a shipping charge of £4.95 will apply at checkout. Our standard UK orders are delivered by DPD within 3-5 business days from the dispatch confirmation. An express shipping option is also available at £9.95, providing a 1-2 business day service to mainland UK. If your order is placed before 2pm, it will be delivered the following business day. Please note that shipping options can be chosen during checkout, and some items may only have one shipping method available.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.

The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Kiki Romano reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Kiki Romano has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and/or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
